New Orleans Tricentennial Cookbook is being published in celebration of the 300 year culinary history of New Orleans.  We are presently inviting chefs, restaurants, cooks, and food enthusiasts to submit their New Orleans recipes for possible inclusion in the book.  We will be including traditional recipes and old family recipes into this cookbook.    

Please submit your favorite food and drink recipes here.  We will not be compensated for the recipe and will be asked to sign waivers.  We will be providing name credits in the book for selected recipes.
